Responsibilities: -Managing the daily operations of the restaurant and being activelu present during service. - Oversee creating, teaching, and maintaining service standards while growing the culture- Affective at teaching product knowledge and being able to inspire a team to do more and achieve twice as much every day.- Controlling labor via schedule control and effective management of the business.- Leading from the front in creating memorable experiences for guests and staff alike.
